Dillashaw presented his case as to why he should face Dominick Cruz next, as opposed to the growing sentiment among MMA media and fans that Cody Garbrandt should be the next challenger to the bantamweight title. Larkin talked about his win on Saturday night at UFC 202 and his impending free agency.

Guests: Benson Henderson, Kelvin Gastelum and Mike Bohn. Henderson headlines Bellator 160 on Aug. 26 against Patricio Freire in a lightweight title eliminator. UFC welterweight Gastelum and MMAjunkie writer Bohn joined the hosts to break down UFC 202, which takes place Saturday in Las Vegas. Gastelum also named some welterweights he would like to share the octagon with in his next fight.

Bermudez is still gunning for Frankie Edgar at UFC 205 in November after dispatching Rony Jason at UFC Fight Night 92 earlier this month. Davis and Ferguson, son of the late Kimbo Slice, both fight at Bellator 160 on Aug. 26 in their pro debuts. Davis fights Keith Cutrone; Ferguson takes on Jonathan Tomasian. Veteran MMA journalist Acosta co-hosted the show.

Herrera has stopped training to get out of debt and looks to get back to training in the near future. Kobrin and Nicksick co-hosted the show today.

They announced to Junkie Nation what team they would be supporting in the 2016-17 English Premier League season. Lindsey visited the studio to talk about his upcoming fight vs. Steve Gruber at RFA 42 on Aug. 19.

Alves is shooting for a UFC 205 fight with Al Iaquinta while Bektic is leaving it up to UFC matchmakers. Dolce co-hosted and discussed his projects and clients such as Ronda Rousey, Carlos Condit, Alves and Bektic.

Woodley captured the UFC welterweight title from champion Robbie Lawler; Ellenberger became the first to stop Matt Brown with strikes. Johnson headlines UFC Fight Night 94 vs. Dustin Poirier next month in Texas. Duran served as a cutman at the Invicta FC 18 event this past Friday. Johnson and Duran were in-studio to co-host the episode.
